What is your IHG/Priority Club status?
Platinum.

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked Queen, given King corner (50% of rooms are corner, as there are only 8 rooms per floor).

What was your welcome gift?
Gift bag (H20 + Nuts) or 500 bonus points.

How are the rooms?
Tiny but chic & bright. Very little space around bed.

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A.

What was good and what was bad?
Good
- pleasant staff, really warm and eager to please
- Indigo's signature modern rooms with nice touches (proper glasses, Keurig coffee, Aveda toiletries)
- super-sized flatscreen, HUNDREDS of HD channels, ability to rewind
- well-designed bathroom, ok shower pressure, plush towels
- short walk to many subway lines to NYC/Queens etc.
- nice views from upper floors
- downtown Manhattan in 20 minutes
- 20 minute walk to Brooklyn Bridge Park (best views of lower Manhattan)

Bad
- rooms very tight, barely enough room to walk around bed
- tons of construction next to hotel. Jackhammering starts at 7am
- poor soundproofing of windows (hear sirens/horns from upper floors loud and clear)
- sink pressure among the weakest you will find
- public PCs both bugged, alerted engineer, problem fixed that afternoon

Value for $ or IHG Points? Would you return?
Soild value. Rates vary greatly and are not cheap, but generally 1/2 to 2/3 the cost of a comparable hotel in downtown Manhattan.
