- Polite breakfast staff

- Hotel is in the middle of a renovation. Greeted by drywall at the front entrance. Thought we had the wrong door.
- Felt we were staying in a building site, yet paid normal rates
- No whirlpool, though mentioned on website
- No lobby or seating area; breakfast room very cramped

Not until renovation is complete. Unacceptable to keep the hotel open during this renovation
