Stopped by the CS desk at Target in west Nashville today to load RB with a gift card. The CSR asked if it was debit and even before I swiped she said she needed to see the card and match the name to the RB. When she saw no name on the VGC she said they can't accept it. I asked her if this was a new policy and she said yes. I haven't had any problems loading VGCs at the stores south of town over the past few days. Hope this is an outlier and not a new policy being rolled out.
