For a honeymoon, I would stay at the Marriott Stellaris, then pay cash to upgrade to the Tradewinds Club. I have done this several times, and it typically costs about $100 to $125 per night (and is negotiable). The perks you get with the Tradewinds Club level help offset the cash cost, especially if you drink alcohol.

If you end up liking Aruba, you can try the timeshares, especially if you go back with another couple or some relatives. But for a honeymoon, I think the Marriott Resort is more appropriate.
The Ritz is nice, but I do not think it's nicer than the Tradewinds Club when compared to cost. You can always go over there to check out the pool area since it's right next door and try one of the restaurants or casino at night.
The Ren is downtown as others have stated, and is a unique property, however, the rooms are restrictive in my opinion. I stayed in one of the renovated rooms on the island side, and the room layout is horrible - it's just an old building and they will never be able to fix the way the rooms flow. You could stay here for one night pre or post Marriott to see for yourself.
