Can anyone explain this? We all know the Conrad is a category 10 property, has no low season points rate and is 95K/night for redemption bookings for the lowest class of room. It takes the standard 380,000 points to book 5 nights using the 5th Night Free option (76K/night). Funny thing is that it's 473,100 points for 6 nights, not 475,000. And if you work that out as the first 5 nights being 76K apiece for a total of 380,000, what's left over should be 95,000 per night thereafter (until you hit the next multiple of 5 and can take advantage of 5th Night Free), i.e; 380,000 + lumps of 95,000, so: 475,000 for 6 nights, 570,000 for 7, 665,000 for 8 & 760,000 for 9.

At 473,100 for 6 nights it's only 93,100 for the 6th night as opposed to the standard/advertised 95,000. Why is it 1900 points less? Is Hilton just being generous or is there something that I don't know about? In summary we see:
6 Nights: 473,100 is the cost for 6 nights with the first additional night costing 93,100, not 95,000 for a saving of 1900 points.
7 Nights: 565,250 is the cost for 7 nights and each additional night costs 92,625, not 95,000. A reduction of 2375/night for a saving of 4750 points total.
8 Nights: 661,200 is the cost for 8 nights and each additional night costs 93,733.3, not 95,000. A reduction of 1266.6/night for a saving of 3800 points total.
9 Nights: 752,400 is the cost for 9 nights and each additional night costs 93,100, not 95,000. A reduction of 1900/night for a saving of 7600 points total.
10 Nights: 760,000 - we go back to the 95K/night and factor in the 5th Night Free.
