How does the baggage delay work exactly? I have had baggage delays in the past, but I can't think of anything so immediate I'd need to buy within 3 hours or so.
If you arrive in the evening and don't know if your bags will be there when you wake up in the morning, it would be nice to be able to buy toiletries, underwear, socks and a new shirt and not have to come out of pocket for it (or the cab you took to get it).
