I asked if it was a 1 pt to 1 cent ratio and they were like "sorry, I don't have that information available right now" and go on to say "it depends on the market rate".

What a bunch of hooey. Don't think I'll apply for this card vs the Barclays Arrival card.
They are probably not used to having such educated discussions

I had a c1 card when I needed 0% cards.. too bad I closed it. It's pretty awesome for finding low rate rental car bookings.
