I have had various versions of sign-up problems/not being able to see an offer and contacted the CS. I just received the following email":



Dear Ms. XXX,

Thank you for contacting IHG Rewards Club regarding your account. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you.

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing technical error on Into The Nights link. Rest assured that this is currently being fixed. Please try to check the link at a later time for your offers.
