Mr points can be redeemed for $0.01 each at the very least, so 2x MR is greater than or equal to 2% cash back. If the shipping benefit of the gold card is capped though, then I agree with DL172 on the mix between the gold and Arrival if you want to spend all your rewards on travel. If you just want real money, get the Fidelity Investment Rewards for 2% unlimited cash back and no annual fee instead of the Arrival.
