Thursday July 24 10:30am Eastern Time 9:30am Central Time. According to the UA announcement, "the webcast will be available for replay within 24 hours of the conference call and then archived on the website for a limited time."
One is asked to register in advance with name and email address, then test system:

I registered. The system test then gives music and instructs one to return at broadcast time.
