First course

Mediterranean salad with veal slices
Chicken and pine nut dariole, salsa verde

Seasonal salad with radish julienne

Main course

Grilled beef tenderloin with jus
Fondant potatoes, chanterelles, shallot and romanesco

Honey and ginger glazed chicken breast
Carrot purée with vanilla, peach and sugar snap peas

Feta and saffron vegetables -
Artichoke and courgette with feta and saffron sauce
Tagliatelle

Cheese

Selection of cheese from the canton of Geneva and Switzerland

Dessert

Raspberry compote with lavender cream
Chocolate
