IFE Not working
Hey All,
Had a ticket in First from HNL-LAX and the IFE was not working, movies/TV/flight map, all not working. Submitted a letter to UA saying it was not working, and they gave me a $100 e-voucher, and they made sure I knew that it was "not meant to be commensurate with the actual inconvenience, but strictly as a measure of goodwill." Never really had compensation like this before, is this a standard amount? Does this fit the inconvenience?
Sorry for the noob question, just wanted to know what the SOP was.
