Now we are back to the original 18(ish)-month rule for personal cards. The known exceptions are the Executive card (which starts the clock but is not affected by it) and targeted offers, which I believe are not affected by it either (I'd have to verify).
So if you have not had a personal AA card of any type in the past 18(ish) months, you should be able to et a personal AA card and then 8 days later an Executive card. Then, 60(ish) days later you can apply for another Citi card of your choice. Business or another Executive being the main AA choices.
