So they no longer do so? It is either a full refund / reversal, or nothing with the 37 days cut off?
All cards are the same as far as I can tell. My understanding is they will refund / reverse if you cancel within 37 days even if already paid. But they will also credit the AF, even if already paid as part of a retention offer.
