They're no worse than Chase's CSRs with respect to knowing about EMV, CVMs, and differences between chip-and-signature and chip-and-PIN cards. I received the Citi AAdvantage one too long ago to remember my interactions with the CSR, but I didn't have any intention of using it overseas due to the 3% FTF. There was only one CSR who knew about being able to use the cash advance PIN for online PIN transactions.
