I successfully redeemed for Viator just recently ~$128. However I was unable to process the request online. The charged showed up under possible redemptions, but the request would fail every time. It didn't present a failure though, it just appeared that it had worked but there was no record of it. I called customer support and they too saw that it would just get stuck. It took a few weeks but they manually processed it for me.
I was able to redeem points for 2 viator charges from April with no problem online. Don't forget to go through topcashback first
