Booked cheapest room (standard room), got an upgrade to a corner room (2 level up) with a sofa, quite large compared to Japanese hotels.
How are the rooms?
Clean, Spacious with a bathtub w/shower, Airport size, noise proof, Air conditioner worked well & quiet.
General conditions are goods.

Good:
Staff very friendly and attentive, especially Concierge.
Early checked-in (8am), upgraded even without asking.
Free & frequent bus to airport, to Narita station & Aeon Mall
Bad:
Access to GYM & Swimming Pool is 1000 Yen
