They can't see CX and QR availability from KVS / award nexus - anyone else with this?

I just tried to get some segments I could clearly see on Award nexus (method BA) and KVS (Awards Oneworld AND Awards Oneworld (BA) ). They all showed
QR 1365 DOH-CPT on Sep 17th (and DOH-JNB-CPT with switching to BA/MN6431 in JNB), but the US airways agent claimed she couldn't see it.

I had the same problem with 5 different CX flights, e.g. CX 645 HKG-DOH on September 23 and other dates.

Anyone else with that problem?
What could I do?
