Unhappy about the elimination of the JFK-SEA/SFO/LAX upgrades?
I found out yesterday at the airport that Alaska will match your status.
1. Call their Elite Flyer Welcome Team at 1-888-611-7802 or email
[email protected].
2. They will ask you about your status and if they will match it for a period of one year
AT NO COST to get your business. Diamond on Delta - you will be the same level on Alaska, and so forth. Not sure how the other levels match up, but I am willing to try Alaska and vote with my feet.
3. You send them, by email:
- Copy of driver's license or other ID
- Copy of current SkyMiles Card
- Copy of current SkyMiles account snapshot

Thank you for your interest in our award winning Mileage Plan program. In
order to process a Tier Match to our program please send us a copy of your
current elite card (front and back)*, a mileage statement showing your current
elite status in the other program and your driver’s license or passport.
If your original email did not include all of these documents, please send us a
new email with your Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan number and all three documents
attached. Once we have received all of these documents allow 2-4 weeks for
processing. When your Tier Match is complete, you will receive a welcome email
and can check your status online at alaskaair.com/myaccount.
