We want to confirm that the program changes will go into effect on March 15, 2014, not May 1, as questioned in the thread. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have updated the website accordingly.
For additional clarification, reservations booked before March 15 will be counted as the 2013 categories. Reservations booked on or after March 15 will fall into the 2014 categories.
