F: Any row except row 1. But since you're stuck with row 1, probably 1B. As others have mentioned, there's a small excuse for a foot cutout.
Y: 10ABC, preferably A or C. Most legroom in Y, except for the funky exit rows. But beware, the A and F exit rows with a missing seat in front have the AVOD mounted on the seat 2 rows ahead. That's made worse when the person two rows ahead reclines; good luck seeing anything at that point.
