I bought some train tickets from London to paris with my arrival on SNCB Europe

I plan on canceling my arrival card before the first AF hits. Anyone know if I can transfer my points to someone else's account? Or downgrade to the no AF card? I plan on buying some more train tickets, I can try raileurope.com instead, anyone know if that codes as passenger rail?
I bought 10000 IHG points with the points and cash trick, then canceled. Hopefully that codes as travel, then I can essentially convert my arrival points to IHG. Ill let you know if it works.
