Were you happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes
Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked Sup Double for single use and got upgraded to a standard double.
How are the rooms?
Small but well furnished and modern.
Poorly soundproofed windows
What was good and what was bad?
Good
Good location for Paddington
Boutique Feel.
Good Platinum recognition (drink voucher, upgrade, free minibar, welcome mini bottle of sparkly wine and fruit)
Bad
Rooms are small.
Noise from street outside kept me awake.
Value for $ or IHG Rewards Club points? Would you return?
Would recommend it if you need to be in the area but there are better IHG properties in London. That said, it was perfectly nice and I would stay again at the right rate.
