You cannot apply for any 2 Citi cards on the same day any more. We recommend waiting
at least 8 days, more if possible, between any 2 Citi card apps. (In other words, we used to recommend at least a week, and then someone got rejected at 7 days.
Citi is notorious for counting days wrong, so the more you "pad" days between apps beyond what they nominally require, the safer it tends to be. As another example, what Citi calls "60 days" we've had to "pad" out to a recommendation of 65+ days!)
