Now the 404-773-0305 number is answered by a recording saying that the number has changed to a toll free number:
800-455-2720
Recording says press one if you have/know DL or FB FF number, two otherwise.
Picking one and entering FF number results in another phone tree:
1 existing reservations or future travel
2 checked bags issues
3 refunds
4 past date customer care
5 repeat options
For me, taking 4 got me a person in Atlanta who seems to have transferred me to the regular DM line. Now I'm waiting on hold for a supervisor after telling the story twice already.
