Just ticketed today for 130,000 per person all in J except where noted for travel in Sep./Oct. 2014 - comments welcomed as I'm sure I'll make changes before the trip or during.
I would have preferred an open jaw in NRT departing KIX or second best in LPQ departing VTE but couldn't get the agent to ticket it.
Our overall objective of the booking is minimizing travel time and YQ while maximizing time in Japan, Laos and Egypt. Comfort for the longhauls in J (i.e. 8+ hours) is also important to us.
