ZRH-NRT 8/8 in F but no raclette to report on... Fortunately

Here is menu F-160-cyc1 12/13-02/14

First course

Filet of Balik salmon
Smoked char tartare with beluga lentils and pear salad
A selection of air-dried meat specialties from the canton of Valais
Nut-coated cheese pralines with warm apricot biscuits
Heida wine soup with Valaisian cheese, cured meat and croutons
Seasonal salad with porcini mushrooms and pumpkin

Main course

Beef tenderloin with pepper tapenade. Potato and pear gratin, mixed vegetables
Poussin, glazed beetroot. Potato and celeriac puree with fresh apple
Pike perch filet with saffron sauce. Sepia noodles and grilled red pepper
Champagne risotto with truffles and Parmesan
(Raclette off-menu)

Cheese

Selection of Swiss artisan cheese

Dessert

Warm apple pie with poached plums and cinnamon ice cream
Dark chocolate parfait with peppermint drops
