This has not been my experience, I have bought about 10 items from Scottevest (one standard Jacket, three hidden cargo pants, one button down shirt, 4 performance T shirts and one Q zip. I had a problem with a zip on one of them ( one of the performance T shirts) and they replaced the item without hesitation within a week - and that was sending it to Australia.

I have been very impressed with the products overall and cannot fault the service I have received. Personally I intend to keep buying their products
