No.


Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked Classic. Received Executive.


How are the rooms?
Extremely narrow and decidedly impractical. Classic room is 26sqm and Executive is 28sqm with no added value/benefit. Comparitively the Classic room has a better layout. One of the most pathetic upgrades ever.


How is the exec. lounge?
No lounge access received.

Did you receive a welcome gift?
Yes. Fresh fruit, small box of caramels.

How was the minibar?
Mostly artisinal juices and soft drinks with unique alcoholic offerings such as Marmalade Vodka.

What was good and what was bad?
-Good
One of my favourite hotels (or, used to be at least).

-Bad
3rd stay this year and 1st as RA. On all previous stays I have received better upgrade to Studio. Disappointing to see IC Westminster offer the bare minimum upgrade this stay and the smallest room I have ever had at this property, despite having RA.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points?
Same rate as most London properties so neither good value nor bad.

Would you return?
I am staying here again next week and if I get the same 'bare minimum' upgrade I will definitely be moving hotels.
