Not much value if costs $3.74, but curious from technology stand point.
Maybe to load 2 * 500 gc in one go (if limit allows) for those who got them for free...
WM register (Rapid reload) -> GD network -> rePower network/cards
This might explain why GD can afford fee free reloads at WM for some if its cards...
