All run by 1 company with different quality & price
From serfy's post 44 (thanks): "The main (all?) Uluru (Ayers Rock) Resort Hotels are Accor managed - and expensive!"

From CDKings' post 62 (thanks) 07 Nov

Update 28 March 2014 from post 261 by ozbeachbabe
The rates quoted by Accor are identical to what is currently available on the website i.e. they didn't do us any favours by going direct to them.

If there was an Accor promo or sale between now & the above dates we could still cancel as long as it was outside the above dates.

Commercial accommodation web site.
Gives a guide of what is available, but not all. Has good map links
Booking direct with the hotel can be better value: get hotel points, status recognition, etc
