Hi everyone!

I am currently staying in St.Petersburg, Russia and am going to leave soon to go back to London. I took a look at offers from different companies, and Lufthansa seems to be the best choice for me. I also looked at United's offers, which are the same Lufthansa flights, but at lower prices, so I decided to buy those. However, I am not sure if it is completely safe. The question is: If I buy the tickets on Lufthansa flights from United, will they be issued by Lufthansa or United? (Because if they are issued by United, I cannot do anything with their tickets in St. Petersburg if something goes wrong just before the flight - there are no United offices).
