How are the rooms?
Adequate - Free mini bar (well a small water and two cans of soda)- seperate shower. Quite small overall though and despite good glazing you could hear the planes

Only available to those in suites

Voucher for one drink and some crisps in the bar

Good
Staff were excellent
On bus route to central Madrid

No upgrade unless you part with a hefty surcharge
No actual restaurant - the bar/snack bar doubles up so lacks atmosphere and dining options
Scheduled airport shuttle does not run to schedule - had to phone when nearly an hour had passed
More of a souless Holiday Inn than a Crowne Plaza
Euro 22.50 extra person charge for a child who shared a bed (no room for rollaway) and recieved nothing additional
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
There appeared to be better options arount the airport and everyone else's shuttle bus seemed to run on time
