There is a Premier lounge on the 16th floor. I had booked a room without club access but access was kindly granted as part of the new benefits for platinums.
The lounge is not very large, but has some pleasant views on the city and close buildings. You can check-in and check-out in the lounge.
Few comfortable seatings (sofa), the majority being tables and chairs.
There is a meeting room that you can book for 2hrs max.
Breakfast is not very sophisticated but more than sufficient for me (usual bread, pastries + bacon, eggs and some warm Asian food).
Complimentary drinks are served from 6 to 8:30 pm. Minimal offer : soft drinks, one red wine and one white wine, and a few strong alcohol drinks (vodka, gin). No cocktails. Some canapés and of course peanuts, chips, etc.
Great staff, very courteous and always ready to help and to serve customers.
So overall, of course not as nice a Sofitel club lounge, but not bad at all for a Novotel
