No not such a great offer IMHO unless you really were about to buy an AC membership, or if the 10k EQM get you above an elite threshold you're looking for at less cost than mileage runs you were about to do.
I am confused by what you mean. It is my understanding that this product is considered separate from the normal Citi AA cards, and can be obtained even if you recently got a regular AA card. That means the entire 60K miles should be calculated in the PPM costs. If my numbers are correct, that means you are paying .825cpm, plus you get the AA club membership. Please correct me if I'm wrong on this.^
