ILG-IAH cancelled - F9 won't rebook without $$$
A friend bought ILG-IAH-ILG for mid October.

F9 let them know the route got cancelled and said they would rebook her through DEN for an extra $300.

Never had this situation but doesn't the airline need to reschedule them for free?
