These fares apply within P.R./V.I./U.S. and between P.R./V.I./U.S. and Canada/Mexico/Costa Rica/El Salvador/Guatemala/Panama/Intl points in the Caribbean area.

Class of Service

These fares apply for economy class service.

Capacity Limitations

The carrier shall limit the number of passengers carried on any one flight at fares governed by this rule and such fares will not necessarily be available on all flights.

The number of seats which the carrier shall make available on a given flight will be determined by the carriers best judgement.

Other Conditions

For the purpose of this rule, North America is defined as the United States/P.R./V.I./Canada/Intl points in the Caribbean area/Mexico/Costa Rica/El Salvador/Guatemala/Panama

And Travel is limited to the United States/P.R./V.I./Canada/International points in the Caribbean area/Mexico/Costa Rica/El Salvador/Guatemala/Panama.
•Fares apply for resident/active duty U.S. military personnel and their dependent/U.S. Departure of Defense Personnel and their dependents carrying a D.O.D. form DD3/Form DD1173 for dependents/or U.S. Embassy Personnel and their dependents residing in or stationed at the point of other tahn the 50 United States/District of Columbia/Puerto Rico/Virgin Islands/Canada/Caribbean/Mexico/Costa Rica/El Salvador/Guatemala/Panama and only in conjunction with scheduled round trip/circle trip/open jaw/around the world international travel that begins and ends in Central America ( excluding Costa Rica/El Salvador/Guatemala/Panama)/South America/Africa/Europe/Southwest Pacific/Middle East/Asia. Penalties - 16

•Upgrades ◦At any time fares may be upgraded to normal first/business/economy fareeswithout penality provided the upgrade does not result in a refund. If the upgraded fare is subsequently cancelled the original penalty will apply

•Changes

•Involuntart Changes •Involuntary changes permitted
Involuntary Rerouting Requirements ◦Passengers will not be rerouted via other carriers but will be permitted to take the next AA/CX/IB/QF/MX flight. If after the visit tickets is issued a schedule change results in a discountinuance of through plane service, the ticket may be reissued without charge to provide addtional flight coupons for transportation between the points affected by the schedule change
