Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked four total nights in their classic room (two nights using the best price guarantee, two nights using the BOGO weekend certificate). Upgraded to a Superior room with an Eiffel Tower view.
How are the rooms?
Surprisingly large; the bathroom is separated by a long hallway that made the room feel almost like a suite. Each of the three windows (two in the living/bedroom area, one in the bathroom) opened to a separate balcony. The balconies didn't have chairs, but were comfortable enough for a scenic pre-dinner drink.
How is the exec. lounge?
The breakfast and lunch offerings are quite good, albeit repetitive after a few days. Only sweets are provided during dinner hours. The coffees are great, and the champagne is very good too.
Did you receive a welcome gift?
Since my stay was split across two bookings, they accidentally sent up double fruits, waters and macaroons (which were the gift).
How was the minibar?
Very good; stocked with champagne, wine, Heineken and miniature bottles of top-shelf booze. The juices and smoothies were quite good as well.

While pricy, the RA benefits make it worthwhile.
