I was researching and found this thread on Google. I'm in the process of a small claims case against Chase. Late September date set. They closed 5 CC's I had because "affiliate has closed account". They closed my bank account due to me not replying to an inquiry they had sent, but never actually received it. After calling they were unwilling to do anything for me. Two of those five credit cards were the sapphire and freedom. They confiscated over 200k points. I have to send out a summons to be served tomorrow. I am suing for $0.01/ point + court/filing fees. Will update as soon I hear anything.
