Booked standard for 3 nights BRG/POINTS/BRG Received Junior suite.
How are the rooms?
1 x bedroom with separate living room. New, clean, modern, 3 tv's, basic minibar, Toto toilets, full-size Elemis toiletries. separate shower and bath.
How is the exec. lounge?
Great. Lovely staff, great food and drink, from 6-10pm
Did you receive a welcome gift?
Yes, some little woven boots!
How was the minibar?
Basic and free to all guests 2 x beer, 2 x coke, 2 x juice, muesli bars loads of water. However, half- litre of spirits offered to RA on check-in to make up for lack of minibar benefit. (i wish IC Berchtesgaden would do this)

Good:
Upgrade, in spite of BRG's
Lovely club lounge, plentiful, high-quality food offerings. comprehensive drinks selection and superb staff. Viktor and Yana do a good job.
Cool lobby bar, great service from the lively and personable 2 Konstantin's.
Good staff, with paying attention to detail, and excellent service. Front desk staff are great - Alexandra and Sofia, in particular. Friendly and professional.
Bad:
Nothing.
Good value for Value for € or Priority Club Points?
Yes. It is important to remember that hospitality does not tend to be too good in Russia to say the least, but this hotel has done an impressive job. The staff are friendly and sincere, and only too willing to help. Value, and I will return for sure.
