LHR T5 Galleries North. Live report (we got here 17.45).
Cheese and cold cuts are out. Cheese is fine and of the cold cuts I've only had the ham and its decent enough.
In the interests of making a fair comparison I thought I would try and sample everything that I tried in G south the other day.
Quinoa and mixed beans are not dried out today and don't taste like a bottle of perfume has been chucked over them.
Beef quality is still poor, sauce has more thickening agent in it this time but still lacks any flavour. It was cold and I was there 5 minutes after it was put out.
Chicken is nowhere near as sweet but couldn't taste any mustard.
I decided not to risk the chilli, baked beans had skin on them at this early stage too.
Veg curry looked okay but I'm not in mood for anything spicy.
I just can't understand how they have got the hot offerings so badly wrong.
