Question - there are stores other than Walmart at which one can use a gift card to purchase a money order. Are there other chains that have kiosks? Asocial bloke that I am, I prefer the machine to waiting in line and having to speak with a CSR.
If your 7-11 has one of the giant Vcom ATMs instead of the smaller one, the VCom machines offer money order services. I haven't tried it out personally but if it has a PIN, it should work.
