The Windsor Court is the best in NOLA, but you might want to try the Soniat House in the Quarter. It is a boutique property in a set of old buildings in a quiet part of the quarter. Having their warm biscuits and jam on the balcony of your room in the mornings with a strong cup of cafe au lait is a sublime experience.
