Booked classic room with breakfast
Upgraded to an executive room after booking made. Was told I upgraded to studio suite during check in but the room doesn't seem like studio suite. A bit confuse


How are the rooms?
Brand new, modern design
We enjoyed the bath by using molton brown shower gel. Baby cot and baby bath robe and slipper provided. My baby enjoy bathing as well

How is the exec. lounge?
I taken up the executive lounge access offer with £50+-

Great selection of breakfast, beverages, fruits etc
I love the smoke salmon and cold cut selection and the big mushroom
Helpful staff with smiley face
Great service

What was your welcome gift?
Bottle of water (still and sparkling), chocalate and box of ihg candies
An ihg lion soft toy prepared for my baby as well
