Yes, definitely.

Booked lowest room category. Upgraded to a junior suite on the top floor with club access.
How are the rooms?
A very nice classic/residential feel. The bathroom is large and the hardwood floors are a fantastic touch!
How is the exec. lounge?
Excellent service, nice breakfast, and a small variety of quality snacks.
What was your welcome gift?
A bottle of red wine.

One of the concierges was super helpful with giving "real" locals' recommendations.
Hotel was well kept and housekeeping was great.
Nice upgrade and a great view.

I used a BOGO and the front desk lost the certificate. Took ~10 minutes to sort out.
The area immediately around the hotel is not stellar. However, this is much of how BA is.
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Yes, Great value, especially if you pay in pesos at departure (by exchanging US$ at the dolar blue rate)
