First Class menu BKK-ZRH on April 2nd:

First Course:
Fillet of Balik salmon with blinis and sour cream

Grilled prawns
Carrot and ginger mousse, roasted walnuts

Selection of air-dried meat specialities

Spinach and ricotta lasagne
(can also be enjoyed as main course)

Cream of tomato soup

Seasonal salad with asparagus and Kalamata olives

Main course:
Grilled beef tenderloin, red wine sauce
Orechiette pasta, grilled carrot, courgette and red pepper

Roast chicken breast filled with spinach, wholegrain mustard sauce
Spätzle, seasonal vegetables

Grilled salmon, panang curry sauce
Ginger rice, kale, grilled courgette

Cheese:
Selection of Swiss artisan cheese

Dessert:
New York cheesecake with caramel pecan
Raspberry coulis

Fresh fruit with coconut sorbet
