What Room did You book and what did you receive?
Standard room, got the Imperial Suite. Got lucky, not the standard upgrade for RAs but the hotel was very busy and had interacted with someone from senior management

How are the Rooms?
The suite was nice, the standard rooms are a bit dated

How is the Exec Lounge?
Very large and spacious, limited canapes and breakfast options.

How is the mini-bar?
Well stocked

Fruit and Gift?
Strawberry and Japanese crackers

Superb staff
Late checkout beyond 4pm no issues
