What Room did You book and what did you receive?
Booked cheapest, given King suite (which is not really a suite, see below)

How are the Rooms?
Horrible. It's a slightly larger room with a couch, barely a suite. It had no separate lounge v bedroom area. The bathroom is nice but with no TV. No area for the suit rack/baggage rest that they had to fold the rack inside the closet. Barely any views.

How is the Exec Lounge?
I didn't get club access (even when I asked)

How is the mini-bar?
It was OK but I was too busy during this trip that I only had a beer.

Fruit and Gift?
Dried up fruit and pathetic amount of chocolate.

What was the Good and Bad
Good:
- the staff (except the receptionist who decides my upgrades, a girl with SE Asian accent) were always friendly and helpful.
- The breakfast ($38AUD pp)
- Great location

Bad:
- Virtually no upgrade - I suspect if I don't have RA I would've been given the exact same room minus the couch.
