The Sofitel is a nice property in Queenstown. Service was excellent and despite some small imperfections, we had a great time. These were in any case compensated by many other small positive attentions. The bedroom was very nice with a large bathroom, great l'Occitane amenities and two Bose sound systems.
We had breakfast in the room one morning. It was served on time and it was excellent.

Conclusion
I would definitely come back. This is a great property offering a good luxury feeling without being too much. In any case you get what you pay for, and this is exactly what happened.
