No free bottle of water in the room.
Price was around 140 NZD every time, booked a long time in advance.
We used the Novotel as a base for our trip to New Zealand and Fiji, and stayed there three times, each time with an interval of ten days. The point with that, and thanks to a very accomodating staff, was for us to leave most our luggage there, and only take what we needed for the next ten days.
That worked perfectly. Big thanks to Novotel for that.
For the rest of the review, I can tell you that the hotel is located directly outside the international arrival hall, it takes litteraly 2 minutes walk to get there. The hotel itself is quite new and obviously modern.
Our rooms every time were located on a high floor giving nice views of the airport and the runways. The room itself was small but clean and functionnal. Bathroom amenities are nothing exceptional but do the job.
Big up for the staff who were excellent every time.
A few things that could have been better: there are no free bottle of water in the hotel, and since all the fridges were out (apparently because of a faulty delivery), there was no drinking water at all in the room.
Also Internet is not included in the price, which really is quite annoying.
Finally we did not had breakfast there as we had early flights / departures every time, but the breakfast is not included in the room price.
